Funeral Arrangements

We are available seven days a week to offer advice and practical support. Whether you would like to discuss the arrangements in one of our offices or in your own home, we can accommodate your preferences.

We will be there to guide you through the arrangements. We will complete all of the necessary paperwork, contact the relevant authorities, liaise with the minister or celebrant and arrange other professional services.

Funeral Notices

We are able to arrange both online and offline funeral notices. We can set up an online funeral notice and tribute page for your loved one on our website, where people are able to make online donations in their memory and leave messages of condolence. We can also post the funeral notice on our business Facebook page, which can shared by family and friends and local community groups.

We can take funeral notices to several local venues where they are placed in windows or on notice boards. We can also arrange for a funeral notice to be printed in a newspaper of your choice i.e. South Wales Echo or Western Mail.

Orders of Service

We can design and produce orders of service to suit your requirements, you have the option of having photos, poems and hymns. If there are donations in lieu of flowers, the details will be included on the order of service, as well as details of the venue for any refreshments planned following the service. The orders of service will be handed out during the funeral service.

Music

We can arrange for music to be played during the service. We have our own music system, but occasionally we may ask the family to provide us with a CD. All crematoriums have their own music system and we order the music to be played during the service.

Floral Tributes

We work closely with a number of local florists, to ensure you have the perfect floral tribute for your loved one. We can order the floral tributes on your behalf or recommend a local florist if you would rather liaise with them directly.

Donations

If you decide that you would like donations in lieu of flowers, we are able to collect donations both online and offline. We can set up dedicated online tribute page via our website, where family and friends can make donations to a chosen charity or cause. A donation box and envelopes will be also be available on the day of the funeral.

We will process and forward any offline donations on your behalf and provide you with a full list of the donations received. We will provide the charity with the next of kin contact details, as they usually write an acknowledgement letter to the family after receiving the donations. Alternatively, we can arrange for the donations to be returned to you, should you wish to personally take care of them.

Visual Tributes

A visual tribute is a perfect way to cherish and commemorate the best memories of your loved one and it is becoming a popular addition to funeral services. A visual tribute consists of a series of photos which are set to a chosen piece of music and it is played at a certain point during the service.

If you would like to arrange a visual tribute, all we require from you is the chosen piece of music and photos of your loved one (usually 30-35 depending on the song length), and we will put it together for you.
